Nevada Manufactured Housing Association (NMHA)

The Nevada Housing Association (NVMHA), founded in 1980, is an association that represents all manufactured housing manufacturers and suppliers located in Nevada. The NVMHA was formed to promote the interests of its members through legislative action, education and other activities designed to improve the quality of life for residents of Nevada.

The NVMHA has been instrumental in helping to establish Nevada as one of the leading states in the nation for manufactured housing sales and construction. In fact, it was the first state to pass legislation establishing a statewide program for manufactured housing.

The NVMHA also works with local governments to help them understand the benefits of manufactured housing and how they can work together to make their communities more attractive places to live.

The NVMHAs mission is to provide leadership and support to the manufactured housing industry in Nevada. It does so by promoting the use of manufactured housing throughout the state, educating consumers about the advantages of manufactured housing, advocating for policies that will benefit the industry, and providing assistance to member companies when needed.

The NVMMA is governed by a board of directors elected from among its membership. Its officers are president, vice-president, secretary, treasurer, and director at large.
